Editing Payment Accounts on your KnownHost Billing is extremely simple.
- Login to “My KnownHost” Client Portal.
- Navigate to the “Payment Accounts” page in the navigation bar.
- Once landing on the “Payment Accounts” page, you’ll see a list of all current Payment Accounts as you can see below.

- Simply click the “EDIT” button with the corresponding account you wish to edit.
- After updating the account information changes, submit the edits by clicking the “EDIT ACCOUNT” button at the bottom of the page.
