How to configure the custom templates in WHM?

In the WHM control panel for the end-reseller and the root level, you will get the “Web Template Editor” option. You can customize the placeholder pages (Suspension, Account Move, etc.). Learn, How to configure the custom templates in WHM?


1. First, login into WHM panel,

2. Navigate to Account Functions → Web Template Editor.

3. Here, you have multiple Placeholder Pages templates,

  • Default Website Template.
  • Account Move.
  • Connection Selection.
  • Account Suspended.

All the place holders files are being stored at /var/cpanel/webtemplates. For this article, we will be customizing the Account Suspended template. So, click on Account Suspended.

4. In the code area, paste the custom template code for the Account Suspension holding page.

5. To save the changes click on Save.
