Although e107 is a great bootstrap-based CMS system, it’s entirely possible that you’d like to install more, maybe much more. As long as you stay within the resource limits of your plan, we’re okay with you installing to your heart’s content. Try one or more apps, keep what you enjoy, and clear out what you don’t.
We have a fairly detailed ToS and AUP which spell out certain restrictions when it comes to what you can install and what you can do with your hosting plan – because we’re committed to making sure the Internet is as safe and sane as possible for the enjoyment of all. This means we won’t be allowing you to hack, share warez, spam, harass, or generally be a horrible person online. Respect the rights of others and we’ll get along just fine!
All hosting accounts come with an automated backup system which takes system snapshots of all your important apps, databases, files, emails, etc, storing them on a separate server in case you’d ever need to roll-back to an earlier point in time. You’ll be able to pick from yesterday, the day before or a week ago. Additional backup days are available for a nominal surcharge.
