Ya the VPS CP (eg port 4643) is responding but login fails saying it "Logging in is not allowed" ... everything else HTTPD etc all services and VPS's that I have are down ... even kh.com is down yikez... major ddos attack goin on??

Ive already got an email from hyperspin saying my site is down, so they must know KH is down too.. so when those stats update i dont expect to see KH at the top.

Seems like all servers are up and running since I was able to reach virtuozzo control panel. This is a licensing issue, either someone forgot to update the license, or forgot to pay for new license.

VPS is back ayayyayayayayay... try logging into yourdomain.com:4643 and reboot your vps... mine said it was mounted...

Dont say that... on my last host, the FBI took the hard drives + backups and everyone lost their data, no questions asked.
