Delay in support ticket response after VPS hosting purchased

I purchased a managed Basic VPS plan today, for more than an hour plus the VPS is not yet activated neither have i received any email or update regards the support ticket 1275470 i raised. I migrated to knownhost from namecheap because of their helpful support, but am surprised to see that after some hours there is no response yet, or vps plans activated, atleast there should be a response.

Also i was also billed several times, before making payment for the VPS monthly plan, the cart showed $30 at checkout, the $80 credit fund on my knownhost account were all debited or removed, please I need clarification.

Activate my VPS hosting and respond to ticket.

Ticket #1275740 started off as a live chat, when no reply, it was then forwarded and submitted to the Sales department, which does not follow the same 24/7 availability as what our Support department does.

Billing and Sales are open 7AM-7PM Central Standard Time.

As such, any responses will be limited until they're in the office.
