What do to if all sites go down

Disregard. It appears everybody's sites are down, including knownhost.com itself. Yikes!

All my sites seem to be down today. I emailed technical support, but would like to know if there is anything I can do in the mean time to help get them back up. The less my sites and users have to wait, the better.

There is a connectivity issue at the Texas DC, even the main knownhost site is down. Hopefully it would be fixed soon, watch this thread for more details. http://forums.knownhost.com/showthread.php?t=1388
