KH-DanielP KH-CEO Staff member Mar 12, 2019 #2 Hi Jenny, please try and submit a ticket from a private browsing window or an incognito window. You can also try clearing your cache in your web browser as that feature has been removed/disabled from the support portal for quite a while now.
