TICKET SUPPORT Submit Page NOT Working Cannot Submit Ticket

Cannot submit a support ticket on the support platform, it gives me error

"Privacy Policy Required"

but there is no button to check that.

How to submit a ticket now? Can you fix that page??
Hi Jenny, please try and submit a ticket from a private browsing window or an incognito window.

You can also try clearing your cache in your web browser as that feature has been removed/disabled from the support portal for quite a while now.
