Support Portal Maintenance Notice - August 28th

On Monday, August 28th starting at 7:00PM CDT we will be performing maintenance and upgrades to our support portal. The maintenance window extends from 7:00PM until 11:00PM, for a total of four hours. During this period access to our support department may be inhibited or limited.

During the upgrade the support portal at will not be accessible. Any tickets emailed to will be queued and processed once the upgrade is completed. On the day of the migration we will provide alternative methods of contact, for emergencies only, both at the support portal and in an auto-response from emails submitted to our system.

After the upgrade has been completed, all customers will have a new link located within the billing portal. You will no longer be required to login separately at a different URL to access your support tickets, among many other enhancements.

Starting next week, we will begin releasing knowledge base articles detailing the finer points of the changes and enhancements made to the system. A full list of these articles will be published on our forum post discussing this upgrade.
