Support Down?

    Hi

    I'm moving my clients from my VPS to their own shared hosting with KH. I just set up the first account and submitted a ticket to support (actually twice 'cause I didn't see my first ticket :rolleyes: )

    Have not received the automated reply that my ticket has been received.

    And btw - what DC are shared accounts at?

    LeMarque,

    How the ticket was submited? You should be able to login to your account at https://support.knownhost.com/ and create/review/update your tickets online without any delays.

    At this very moment all our shared systems are in Dallas, TX DC.

    Is it down for anyone today or is it because its a weekend?

    We had no any outages today so far. What is unavailable for you and what kind of errors are you seeing?
