I want to transfer a cpanel account on other host company to my reseller account,what procedure to follow?
I have created a account via whm,but before DNS point to your dns,how can i access to this account?I try http://65.99.213.12/~username/,but it seem it doesn't work.I want to minimize the down time during transfer.And how do I restore the backup?
The easiest way to perform a cpanel account transfer would be to submit a ticket to our support team at https://support.knownhost.com/. As long as you can provide an access to WHM or cPanel on the source server we'll be able to create a full account backup and then restore it under your new reseller account here. Another way - you can create full account backups on the source server and then upload them to your home directory on our system and support team will be happy to import these backups for you.
As for http://65.99.213.12/~username/ - it should work just fine, if it doesn't please submit a ticket so we can take a look and fix this for you
