CPanel question: FTP Manager (quota field not available)

When I create FTP accounts from FTP Manager in CPanel, I do not have an option for quota. I'm used to having this in other CPanel implementations, why no quota field here?

More curiosity than anything else, I was just surprised to see it not an option here. An older rev of CPanel perhaps? Maybe a setting that just needs to be clicked on somewhere?
 
Found, you're on c02. Try again - you should be able to set quotas for additional FTP accounts now.

Paul, I don't see that info in my welcome e-mail ... sorry I do not know! If you can look it up, my account name is the same as my username here, and I was just signed up today.
