Copy database from old hosting to new

Hi,

I want to move/copy database from my old hosting to new one, and it's a big file.
Since my internet connection is too slow, what is the best and efficient option can I do for that?

Note: Don't suggest SSH coz I don't know how to use it

If I were in that situation, I'd probably suggest you export the database on your current host, then transfer it directly to the new one, then import.

Since you're not sure about working with the shell, KnownHost support could probably assist you. I'd suggest you put in a ticket with them and they'll be able to assist you directly.
