ConfigServer Firewall?

I see in WHM a link for ConfigServer Firewall, but when I click on it nothing happens. Is CSF part of KnownHost's basic WHM setup? How do we add it to a reseller account?

CSF isn't something that can be managed with a reseller account permissions
