Daniel, almost 6 hours have passed, and there’s still no ETA or further updates on this issue. Is there any new information you can share? I’m at risk of losing two clients because I can’t tell them when we’ll be back online.

The current outage has been 4 hours and 46 minutes

Connectivity has just been restored. We're seeing servers come back online now.

I think it’s time to move to AWS or a similar cloud platform to avoid situations like this, where there’s no quick workaround available. We’re losing customers because of these delays.
 
I also confirm, we're live. Let's see if the clients lost e-mails incoming/outgoing...

Cloud providers have similar, and often longer outages. They usually have at least one big outage per year, some really notable ones happened in 2023 and 2020 was one of the worst.

Will do, folks should start receiving notices about those changes in the coming few weeks.
