XEN versus Virtuozzo

Hello,

I was wondering what the reasons would be behind using Virtuozzo over Xen?

Stability? Performance?

Virtuozzo operates at about 2% overhead and has a similar QoS system. Virtuozzo has a benefit in that there is burstable RAM and Xen benefit is that all resources are non-oversold (guaranteed to you) and has a disk I/O scheduler.
