Speaking of Knownhost.
Who's the main person(s) that runs/own/operates it? or is it several people that has the pulling power. Do they come on the forums here at all?

I know there are many the maintain the company.

Maybe it would be nice to hear there "story", how did they come together to create such a wonderful company? What inspired them? Did they have a hell experience at another host?(I know its not too uncommon these days)
