Yes. However, there is a Powered By WHMCS Line in the Client Area.

At this time we can only provided branded WHMCS licenses, however, you can purchase a WHMCS license direct and pay to have the branding removed.

The demand for them is very low for them so we do not get any "packs" of unbranded licenses from them. I'd recommend getting the license directly from WHMCS if you need unbranded.
