Hi all... I am intending to do an Enterprise Log Management (ELM) for our company purpose. So far we did the security solutions from NCI in Toronto. They provide log management solution http://nci.ca/services/?section=Solutions . But I am not getting any idea that whether these two are same or not as I don't possess much knowledge around it. What is the difference between log management and ELM? Which will be good for the smooth functioning of a BPO?

My guess is that an ELM, Enterprise Log Management system, would be more robust than just a Log Management system. However, it depends on what the developing company names it. Better to ask for a webinar to see for yourself if it will fit your needs. After all, would a Log Management system smell as sweet by any other name?
