website's security certificate.

I would guess they want to get rid of the security certificate mismatch warning that pops up when they go to access WHM/CPanel.

You shouldn't have one that comes up with WHM if you're accessing it via your server name as the name on the certificate should match the name of your server.

The one for CPanel comes up because the name of the domain does not match the name on the certificate. No way around this so far as I know except maybe to access it using the non-secure port which, I think, is 2082.
