VPS Suspended by Billing

Sorry to go this route, but I'm completely offline (websites and email) and it's now been 30 minutes since I updated ticket #445894.

Is anyone home?

You were offline because you did not pay your bill. Sales/billing is closed on weekends though we do still process tickets from time to time.

In the future to prevent this from happening I'd advise ensuring your bill is paid in full prior to or by the due date as we do suspend services when the bills for said services aren't paid.
