Hello,

- is the RAM guaranteed? or is it burst RAM?

- what is the fee to set up if the control panels are not the same?

- are the backups off-site?

- how many customers share the VPS?

- how much dedicated CPSU?

- is there a minimum contract length?

- how much notice is needed to terminate contract?

- is the RAM guaranteed? or is it burst RAM?

--We offer Guaranteed RAM by using Virtuozzo's SLM VPS technology.

- what is the fee to set up if the control panels are not the same?

--There is no "setup fee". Are you asking about us migrating your data if the control panels aren't the same? Please clarify.

- are the backups off-site?

--Backups are to seperate servers within the same datacenter.

- how many customers share the VPS?

--On average around 15-20.

- how much dedicated CPSU?

--You get access to all of the CPU of the physical server. We don't cap CPU but we don't allow a customer to use more then 25% of the entire CPU for over 90 seconds or we will be in touch with you. If we see a trend starting with CPU usage we will let you know basically but this rarely is an issue. If it is then you'd need your own server but this doesn't happen a lot. If it does, it's obvious a VPS isn't right for you.

--7 days as we list in our TOS.
