VPS plan & PCI Compliance

I heard that you have some customers on VPS that have passed a PCI security scan. The company that I am with now says that cPanel will not pass PCI. That's why we are looking. Our website must pass the PCI scan for our Merchant Processor. We do use an external shopping cart service.
What do you recommend as a VPS plan that will pass the PCI scan? Will FrontPage be an issue?

We have active VPS clients who have cPanel and have sent us the security scans and we have went into the VPS and made the proper adjustments to make it secure as required. So as long as you provide the scan, we can do it.

Frontpage - this is not a problem.
