VPS Cloud

Well, the real answer to this would depend on what exactly you're thinking of when you say "cloud vps"? There are hundreds of definitions of what "cloud" means. I'm aware of few VPS hosting providers who call their service "cloud" while they offer less than we do.
 
By "cloud", I would assume, the reference is to redundant, geographically diverse, load-balanced or "mirrored" servers.
