I would just like to say that I have been impressed with Justin, a member of the sales team. He was most helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Over the past few weeks I have been exploring different VPS hosting sites and I can tell you some of them are not what they say they are.

Justin was one of the deciding factors that helped me choose KnownHost as my new hosting provider.
