Rather than the http//:2086 URL I received for my WHM login in the VPS 'Login Information' email, seems like it'd be more secure to send an https//:2087 link.
Power Panel is sent as an https link, but not WHM which is used much more often. Until I logged into to the supplied non-SSL URL and noticed and clicked the 'Insecure Connnection' link in the upper right hand corner, I didn't even realize an https connection for WHM was available on port 2087.
