Unable to reach vps at Texas Datacenter

Hi,

I am unable to reach any of my VPS at the Texas Data Center from India.

I can surf the entire knownhost website and forums but cannot connect to support.knownhost.com or
billing.knownhost.com to open a ticket

Even rocketvps.com is not accessible.

Tracert shows request timed out after edge1.logangeles6.level13.net 4.26.0.89

Apologies for posting this on a forum, but I have no way to reach you.

Trying to connect from: 120.63.67.1

We're not showing any routing issues at the moment. Can you PM me your full trace and we will take a look at this, if your trace is stopping in LA then it's not getting anywhere near our network.
