TX Datacenter Issues?


My sites are loading very slowly or not at all. I tried to open a support ticket but support.knownhost.com wasn't responding. Pings to my sites and to support.knownhost.com are showing significant packet loss.

This has been going on for the past 30 minutes or so. I assume you're working on the issue, but I figured I'd report it anyway. Better safe than sorry!
Update: I did some ping tests from different servers where I have access. This seems to be some sort of routing issue; on some servers the access is fine, on others there is significant packet loss. Traceroutes show a problem if the routing goes through above.net.
We're not showing any routing issues or traffic drops to the network, do you have a ticket currently open regarding this with the traceroutes?
If I could have submitted a support ticket, I would have...see first post.

Anyway, the problem seems to be resolved.
