I wanted to sign up to say thanks. I am new to VPS and had some growing pains. Like I said in one support ticket. I think I jumped into the deep end before learning how to swim.

Support has been more then helpful with questions and getting things set up with my VPS. They have been extremely fast answering tickets and setting up things for me.

I am more then happy I went with KnowHost. The service has been top notch. You guys have exceeded my expectations by a long shot.

Thank you to all that have helped me. I'm going to be a customer for a long time.

Welcome to KnownHost, Matt. Not only are the staff members informative and quick to respond to questions, but you also have a forum full of fellow KH customers that can give their own insights into their time here at KH. You should have no problem getting answers to any of your questions.
