Support Access

I try to login in the support desk to submit a ticket, but I get a message that my my email address hasn't be verified????
I've been using it for a while and never had this issue.
I can login in the forum and my billing panel but not in the support desk.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All you have to do is click the link in the email as the instructions say and you'll be able to login.
