Suggestion "Ticket Rating/Satisfaction"

Hello,

First, escuse me, my english is not my native language.


I realized that every ticket has a "Overall Satisfaction" to rate the ticket, but i think it could be more notorious, since i missed it in many many tickets, so i have many tickets unrated even tough i received an amazing support.

Other option could be, to be able to rate the ticket directly trough "My Tickets", instead of going inside the ticket. (I made a picture of it, only paint here so... but i think i explained the idea with the picture)

Thanks for the input. Having the ticket ratings available is a new feature in an of itself. Thanks for the input and we'll certainly dig into doing this with the next revision of the front-end hopefully in the next few months to a year.
