SQL error after cpanel update the other day

So I have about 20 accounts on a VPS and since the other day when there was a big cpanel update, I am getting errors in cpbackup with two of the databases.

Log excerpt:

boost_yyy/usr/bin/mysqlcheck: Got error: 1049: Unknown database 'boost_yyy' when selecting the database

These DBs do exist and are working. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix this?

Hi Mike,

I have not seen this error and thanks to your post I will not update cPanel for while.

I was unable to find anything regarding this problem and if I were you I'd put in a ticket with support and have them take a look at it.
