Spam limits?

Hello,
How can I limit spam mail , for exp. I don't want to receive any mail from x@y.com , how can I set this mail to my black list ?:)
 
There's a different answer for every combination of MTA and control panel software out there. Which one are you using?
 
Then you can do that from SpamAssassin's configuration page, the User Level Filtering configuration page, or the Exim configuration page depending on which you feel most comfortable with.
