I moved one of my forums over the weekend to a new URL. Today I noticed I forgot to move the database, so I submitted a ticket to get feedback from KH Support on how to do this without crashing the site.

Long story short, it got moved while I was at dinner and crashed. There were some issues with my vB config.php file and they helped walk it right through, and although it took 2 hours, it's up and running.

The support team here is fantastic!

What was most impressive was their willingness to edit a file that has nothing to do with the services here! Just another feather in the cap for KH. Please forward my thanks to Chris' supervisor.
