sites offline

Hi
I wanted to enable gzip in php so i made the change and attempted a graceful server reboot which resulted in nothing happening - so i chose forceful reboot.

My sites have now been offline for around 20 mins with no signs of them comiong back

I would open a ticket but support#knownhost#com doesnt even work for me either, it just times out

I assume you've gotten this resolved by now then if not you need to shoot support a ticket at support at knownhost dot com
