Seeking a well rounded designer/coder

I just wanted to post here on the forums to let everyone know that we've got a few projects going on around here that could use some good design & coding talent.

We would prefer this person be well rounded in both creating and coding the designs.

I just recently hand-coded a shopping cart for a friends' site. I've been coding php/mysql for almost 10 years, and have been doing design since 1998. Take a look at some of the sites in my Knownhost VPS account, I made all of them. the primary site on the server is mine.
