Scan old tickets into FAQ

    Just had an idea that would help out many when it comes to support. Have someone go through the support tickets and formulate them into knowledge base entries. Use all the questions people asked and the support reps responses to your advantage....

    The only downside would be that this would be a very time consuming task (with the thousands and thousands of support tickets :p).
