Doubt it. These are most likely false positives. I've learned through searching that you can't trust the whm scans at all. Most recommend isntalling rkhunter and chkrootkit, and even those can report false findings. If you think you've been compromised, best bet would be to open a support ticket, explain why you think so and let them investigate.
