Hi,

1. WHM does not show all the bandwidth used (I am told) so where does one check the actual bandwidth usage?

2. Is this normal?

Can you open a ticket and request escalation so we can figure out why the data is blank there?

If you go to the "Stats" tab you'll see your overall bandwidth usage.
