Hello,

I'm interested in a reseller account for about a dozen small sites. Your reviews are incredibly good. Here are my questions:

1. Do you do any filtering or deleting of emails? If so, can we turn it on or off?

2. Can we have our main site on a different server from the others?

3. How many servers does KH run now?

4. How much RAM do the reseller servers have?

5. Are the nightly backups done remotely or off-site?

6. Do you offer end-user support on reseller accounts?

7. How many tech support people does KH have?

8. Do you offer PHP 5 on the reseller accounts?

I apologize about the delay. Please see our comments in line:

1. Do you do any filtering or deleting of emails? If so, can we turn it on or off?
--We offer SpamAssassin for spam filtering with all reseller plans. It can be turned ON / OFF on per account basis right through the account's cPanel control panel.

2. Can we have our main site on a different server from the others?
--This is possible only if you purchase two separate reseller accounts.

3. How many servers does KH run now?
--At the moment we have 40 servers being monitored: http://hyperspin.com/ranking.php?type=2

4. How much RAM do the reseller servers have?
--All servers come with 8 gigs of RAM

5. Are the nightly backups done remotely or off-site?
--We perform backups every other night to a remote server.

6. Do you offer end-user support on reseller accounts?
--We do not offer end-user support.

7. How many tech support people does KH have?
--We have 10 full and part time support employees.

8. Do you offer PHP 5 on the reseller accounts?
--Yes we do.
