Reseller Accounts in different dc?

I've been reading here about the different datacenters that you use. I see that discussion concerning vps's.

Do you offer your reseller hosting from both of your Datacenters?

Thats to bad TPTB at KH should consider adding reseller hosting from both DC's. I would like to have a reseller acount from you guys at both places. I imagine there are others that would also.

If I sign up today for a Pro reseller account today when would the account be activated and ready for me to use? Thanks
