Remote backup question

Hi
I need help with this, I signed up with a remote backup service
so my site is being backup using rsync backup system
that means my site is backuped just when a change happens
I can not use the remote backup info in my cpanel because it does not work and I had a research every body tells me that the cpanel remote backup is not reliable.
OK How can I have my daily or weekly or monthly backup in a remote any way?
 
It sounds to me like you already have a backup solution. Why are you trying to use Cpanel backups?
