relayed mail

Hello,

im a newbie about VPS, manage vps..

someone, can please explain me what are relayed mails ?

i found some emails in this mesnu, in cpanel, that i sent via php scripts.

this emails, has marked as spam, in my webmail (yahoo).

is this the reason?

Well in this case relayed email is email you're sending via a PHP script :)

Why Yahoo is marking them as spam is the question. Are you using the main account email to send or did you actually create an email address? Yahoo has very strict spam rules and if you are trying to send using your main account address (accountname@hostname.com) then it very likely would fail.
