Questions about reseller acounts

Hi

I have few questions about your reseller plans:

1. Does it include billing software
2. Do you offer support to MY customers
3. Do you include private nameservers
4. Do you allow overselling

I could not find these answers on the website.

Hi Alex,

You can add ClientExec for $5/mo which allows billing of customers. You can read about it on their website. We do not provide end user support as we support only OUR customers. So you can ask us anything but not your customers. Private Nameservers are free and can be done upon request (put in the comments section in the orderwiz).

Overselling we do NOT allow per customer requests.
