question about cpu usage as shown in top

I am curious as to why on core is running at 100% all the time (if I am reading it correctly). I also have a VPS from another provider and runs at 75-100% but most of the time it is not 100%. Note: I'm in the process of moving everything over here.

I think there might be a bit of confusion here. That's not 100% of one core, but rather, 100% of a particular usage type, which in this case is idle time. This means your CPU is 100% available for use

Old post but plase...can confirm that is not that the cpu is used at 100%....as I have only a website and not visitor over me

You're fine.
Idle means your CPU is not doing anything. So your CPU was not used for an average of 99.82% of the time. At it's highest usage your CPU was still 79.17% idle.
IOWAIT means your CPU was waiting on your drive to provide data. An average IOWAIT of 0 is great.
