qrunner error..

When I'm in ssh I run this command: service cpanel stop and get some errors.
Can any help to sort this out?

Is qrunner even running?

what is qrunner and what do I need to fix this?

I read that this would fix it:
/scripts/reinstallmailman

I ran that command and it looks like it fixes the issue, untill the server goes down. Then the same issue is back.

These are not actual errors but cPanel's init script stupidity. You're seeing these FAILED lines for services that are disabled. When cPanel init script starts services it checks service status (enabled/disabled) and accts accordinly but when "service cpanel stop" is executed it doesn't do any checks but is trying to stop the service regardless of its disabled status.
