Hi,
I am considering moving several Web sites to KnownHost. They are surrently hosted under a Reseller plan with another hosting provider I have a question regarding features advertised as available in the Shared/Reseller accounts.
In another post to this forum, it is stated that mailing lists are never allowed on Shared / Reseller accounts. (https://www.knownhost.com/forums/) Yet, the features page of Fantasico shows PHPlist as a supported mailing list entity. (https://www.knownhost.com/services/cpanel-fantastico.html)
Are there other features that are not allowed for Shared/Reseller accounts but happen to be listed on the Fantastico page? One on my sites I need to move is a hobby Club site which uses a forum for club discussions. The forum is closed to non-members so only has 25 members and gets a few posts a day along with a few dozen page views per day. I am already using SMF which is listed on the above page as being supported.
Would using an SMF discussion forum be allowed on a Reseller account or is it banned similar to PHPlist?
