Plesk on Support Coverage Page

I might suggest removing Plesk from:

...or include a statement that you won't be supporting it moving forward. It's too bad that you've decided not to, although after speaking in-depth with Paul I can fully understand it from your side of things. At the end of the day it's really about the bottom line and what is going to help you grow too as well as give your customers the best service/experience.
I'm not trying to pick a fight, although I still use Plesk, and since I moved to another VPS knownhost has told me they will not support it.

I would have had to stay on an outdated OS in order to continue having support under Plesk.
