Hi there,
Currently I'm on KnownHost hybrid plans. Currently I'm using it to one of my main website, and I noticed that there's still some space left that can be used.
I'm planning to start my own shared web hosting business with this space. But what worries me is, as you can see almost all shared web hosting providers always set limit on 20% CPU usage and such per users, and once particular users hit that cpu speed, it will auto ban that users so that it wont disturb anothers account.
Do they use special software or something? Or do I have to manually monitor the accounts? if so, how to do that to find which users is causing the big server load?
