one question about connection

I have been using vps and so far I did not experience problem. I am almost 24 hours online. LOL I mean just except sleeping time I am most of the time online .

Just today I had about 20 Min connection problem and now it seems every thing is back to normal. I tracert it and saw some time out!

Now my question is this when I get that kind of status when tracert my site can it be that from the country I am now connecting there is time out or it is the same with all countries?

There were no reported outages so I would assume it had to do with some outage between your country and the USA-TX path.

Just to reiterate - there were no outages within the U.S.
